1. Accommodation provider

Boutique Romantic Focșani, operated by [legal company name], tax ID [CUI/CIF], with the accommodation unit located at Strada Rarău 6, 620172 Focșani, Romania.

2. Booking

A booking can be requested through the form on the site, by phone, or via WhatsApp at 0756 667 775, between 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and 5:00 PM–10:00 PM. A booking is confirmed only after availability is confirmed by Boutique Romantic Focșani, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property has no front desk; access instructions (code/key) are sent by phone or WhatsApp before arrival. Arrivals/departures outside these hours are discussed in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Rate

The standard rate is 220 RON/night per room. The rate does not include breakfast. [To be completed: accepted payment methods — cash / card / bank transfer.]

5. Cancellations and changes
